功能及特性FUNCTION AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • 數位化邏輯穩壓控制:
    穩壓器依現場電壓變動的幅度及負載特性不同,可作多種選擇組合,進而達到最佳穩壓效果。
  • 自我偵測功能:
    本功能係配合燈號顯示,隨時告知機器使用狀況,遇有異常時,依照燈號的顯示可迅速的排除問題。
  • 模組化設計:
    本機以模組化設計組裝,拆卸簡便,主控制板均經ICT電腦全自動檢測及精密治具調整,以提供最佳品質保證。
  • 分離式穩壓設計:
    當輸入電源互相不平衡,或非線性之電源供應,以及重載時仍能保持純正及精準的輸出。
  • 多功能旁路裝置:
    當穩壓器因保養或維修需置於旁路狀態時,客戶可選擇保護功能繼續有效或停止功能的雙重選擇。
  • 防止誤動作裝置:
    為防止人為疏忽誤觸開關,導致負載突然動作或停止等不良情事發生,而特別設計雙迴路控制電路,使用時必須同時按下同色雙開關,輸出才會有動作。
  • 欠相保護:
    當輸入電源有欠相時,穩壓器偵測到後立即跳脫,並會顯示欠相的相位,便於了解實際狀況。
  • 多段過高低壓保護裝置:
    為適合各種負載特性要求及解決電源變化劇烈等問題,本裝置具備多段調整保護功能,可依實際狀況作最佳選擇設定。
  • 簡潔的儀表設計:

  • Digital logic regulator control:

  • Multi-function bypass:
    When the regulator is placed in bypass condition for maintenance or repair, the customer can choose between the protection function to continue or stop the function.
  • Preventing malfunctions:
    In order to prevent human inadvertent misuse of the switch, causing sudden changes in the load or stop, and special design of the dual-loop control circuit, the same color dual switch must be pressed at the same time, the output will have action.
  • Under phase protection:
    When the input power supply has an out-of-phase, the regulator trips immediately after detection, and the phase of the phase is displayed, which is convenient for understanding the actual situation.
  • Multi-section high and low voltage protection:
    In order to meet various load characteristics requirements and solve the problem of severe power supply changes, the device has multiple adjustment and protection functions, which can be optimally selected according to actual conditions.
  • Simple instrument design:

  • Excessive overload:
    When the load capacity instantaneously exceeds 150% of the regulator's capacity, the regulator can still work normally without being affected, making it ideal for starting loads with large currents.
